Throughout my career, I have worked closely with hiring managers, decision-makers, and candidates in highly competitive markets, giving me a clear, realistic view of what actually gets candidates hired in Switzerland.

What has always set my work apart is a strong focus on candidate experience and preparation. I don’t believe in simply forwarding CVs. Over the years, this approach consistently led to higher interview success rates and long-term placements. Over the years the number of candidates asking me to advice them on their documents and applications kept increasing and so I expanded my work beyond agency recruiting and began offering independent career coaching for professionals who want structured, honest, and practical support with their job search in Switzerland. Today, I help candidates with CV strategy, interview preparation, LinkedIn positioning, and overall application strategies, always tailored to the Swiss job market.

In addition to my hands-on coaching work, I also create career-related content and run a YouTube channel focused on applications and careers in Switzerland, making my insider knowledge accessible to a wider audience.
